If recovery is needed, you would need to arrange that yourself, as we do not provide it. We will not claim a repair is possible without inspecting the vehicle.

Before we arrive, clear the area around the vehicle, remove loose items from the cabin and keep keys ready, including any locking wheel nut key. When you message, send the make, model, registration, symptoms, whether it still drives, and where it is parked. A photo of the spot is useful.
